ABOUT THE POSITIONS 1) Technical Lead / Project Lead ABOUT THE ROLE - Total Experience at around 6-8 years in software development, maintenance and support
- Experience leading projects or large modules at Project Lead levels and technically inclined
- About 2-3 years of experience with Enabler AR/XACCT/Invoicing/CM applications
- Technology Environment: Java, Weblogic/Websphere (config and monitoring), Unix scripting, PL/SQL
- Background in the telecom industry is a huge plus
2) Program Manager - Release and Configuration ABOUT THE ROLE - Experience level of ideally 5+ years to 8 years of experience
- Progam manage and capable of leading a release either now or within 6 months
- Defect Tracking, Release Management, Stakeholder Management, Capacity Calculations, Risk Tracking etc.
- About 2-3 years in release and configuration management
- Interpersonal, Negotiation, Self Drive, Cross-team coordination, Attention to detail. Multi task and self prioritise

Position Description: Experience Level: 10 or more years technical background and 6+ years directly related web experience. Description: Acts as the highest-level technical expert on the development and implementation of highly complex, large-scale internet and intranet applications on diverse platforms, crossing multiple business lines. Uses expert knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Provides leadership in researching and tracking new web technologies, developing service applications, and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Oversees system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Position Summary

High level software engineer assigned to develop more complex production software with increased responsibility for independent planning and implementation. Gains progressive recognition as a specialist in one or more fields. Assumes increasing responsibility as the technical specialist in a group and advises on design and development approach.
Works on jobs of diverse scope and complexity requiring independent action and decision making. Exercises judgment, applying creativity and ingenuity in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives no instructions on routine work and only general instructions on new assignments. Works as part of a team in an agile/scrum environment – accountable to the rest of the team for delivering on planned commitments within each sprint. Qualifications and Requirements · BS degree or equivalent in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience. 3 years of work experience is required for individuals holding a MS (2 years for PhD) in one of these fields. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education. · Expertise in Java (and preferably knowledge of additional object oriented languages, e.g. C++), plus one or more scripting languages (e.g. Unix shell, PERL, Javascript). Expertise in OOAD principles and methodologies. · Knowledge and experience with basic software lifecycle process and Configuration Management tools. · Experience implementing, unit testing, debugging and integrating code of high complexity · Experience delivering web-based applications. · Knowledge of more advanced programming environments, frameworks and concepts required (e.g. J2EE, Spring, multi-threaded programming) · Strong working knowledge of networking and data communications is a plus. · Knowledge and experience with Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, XML, TCP/IP) highly desired · Knowledge and experience with relational database technologies (SQL, schema design) and ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate) highly desired Good understanding and experience of Scrum and Agile working methods preferred.
